Enquiry details you give us. When you submit an enquiry or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email (if you provide it), the course you’re interested in, and your message. We also record which page you enquired from and basic campaign information (such as UTM tags), so we know how you found us.

Usage information. We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed and actions like form submissions. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers.

Technical information. Our servers process IP addresses briefly for security and spam protection.

We use your enquiry details for one purpose: to contact you about our programmes and help you decide. We use usage information to improve the website. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Enquiry details are stored in our own database and are visible only to the Optivoxx team. Our website runs on Vercel and our server and database run on Railway, which host this data on our behalf.

If you choose “Continue on WhatsApp”, your conversation moves to WhatsApp and their terms and privacy policy apply. Payments for certain programmes are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details on this website.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. You can ask us anytime to see, correct, or delete the enquiry information we hold about you — email us and we’ll do it.

Many of our students are young people making this decision together with their families. We encourage parents and guardians to be part of the enquiry process, and we’re happy to answer their questions on the counselling call.
